Why One Partner Beats Five Vendors
Most retail build-outs fail in the gaps between vendors. The designer hands drawings to a fixture shop, the fixture shop waits on a supplier, the signage company works from a different color file, and the installer arrives to find pieces that do not fit. Every hand-off costs days, and every day the doors stay closed costs revenue.
T Lines Store Maker was built to close those gaps. We design, build and install convenience stores, truck stops, travel plazas and grocery stores across the United States, and we take responsibility for the whole journey: from an empty vanilla box to the morning you open the doors.
Step 1: Concept, Layout and Brand Identity
Every project starts with how your customers actually shop. We study the site, the traffic, the categories that drive your margin and the image you want to project. From there we develop the store concept: floor plan, customer flow, category adjacencies and, when needed, a complete brand identity with logo, color palette and materials.
On the Prince Market project in Athens, Georgia, that meant creating a brand that stood on its own while quietly sharing color cues with the owner's other businesses.
Step 2: Interior, Lighting and Fixture Design
Once the layout is locked, our designers detail every surface the customer will see: ceiling features, lighting plans, shelving runs, cooler walls, checkout counters, foodservice stations and seating. Lighting and ceiling design are part of the package, not an afterthought, because they shape how products look and how long customers stay.
Step 3: Custom Fixture and Millwork Production
This is where StoreMaker is different from a design-only firm. Our teams produce custom millwork and fixtures built for your exact floor plan, so the coffee bar, the checkout and the gondola ends fit the space and the brand perfectly. Because design and production sit with the same partner, changes are resolved in hours, not weeks.
Step 4: Supply, Logistics and Installation
We coordinate shelving, ceiling fixtures, signage, furniture and millwork deliveries so everything arrives in the right order. Our installation crews then build out the store and hand it over ready to merchandise. A dedicated project manager keeps you informed at every stage, with clear schedules and progress updates instead of surprises.
Proven Across Store Formats
Our recent work spans c-store new builds in Pennsylvania, Georgia and California, a truck stop in Clarion, Pennsylvania and a grocery and dining concept in Athens, Georgia. Brands such as TA/TravelCenters of America, Pilot, Prince Market, Teddy's Market and Chestnut Market have trusted T Lines with their spaces, and several of our clients come back to us for their next location.
